Check to make sure fuel pump pressure is not excessive due to a faulty regulator. If that is good, check to make sure the coolant temperature sensor is working properly and not telling the computer it is -50 degrees, which would cause an extremely rich fuel mixture. If you have a scanner which can read live data, you should be able to locate the coolant temperature sensor and see what it is reading.
