I got my Jeep Cherokees emmisons tested today and everything passed but the (NOx) How should I go about fixing this?

High NOx is caused by high combustion chamber temperatures.
Those can be caused by poor EGR flow (clean the passages and test the valve for flow), engine running lean (check for vacuum leaks and fuel trim numbers as they relate to the O2 sensors), Converter could be failing if it is the OEM unit.
Also make sure the cooling system is good.

If you look at the numbers that they recorded it can tell you a lot. I would start by hooking a good scan tool up and watching the O2 sensors and run an EGR test.
