Cannot find locations of components in order to reattach disconnected vacuum lines. Having a hard time following the under-hood diagram. I would like to start the van to do an OBD SCAN.

Which vacuum lines are you trying to attach?

That is the problem I did not disconnect them so I am not sure, and the tubing has become brittle and a few of them are broken. I can trace some of them but not sure of where some of the emissions components are located. I think if I had some kind of drawing, schematic, or diagram I might be able to figure it out. Thank you for your help!

The diagram was not much clearer than the one under the hood. A picture of the engine compartment with labels and locations of emissions system components is what I would like to see if possible. Thank you for your time and efforts as well as your patience.
