electrical problems

2001 CHEVROLET IMPALA
120,000 MILES • 3.4L • V6 • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

dash lights do not work,radio turns on but no sound,hazards and directionls come on same time,but do not work independently,winshield wipers cannot turn off,and when they do,stop mid cycle....could this be a BCM problem?

First check all fuzes also Is there a check engine ligh on ?
This might be a good time to scan it to see if theres any codes for whatevers going on

All fuses are good..shanged hazard and dimmer switch,and same problem...no codes

Here a diagram the bcm and the instrument cluster are together on 1 fuze 10amp check the power suply coming into the fuze also a side note the data link connector is also related so when you plug in your scan tool does it say no comunication or anything like that ? Anyway check there first and let us know thanks good luck
