Hello, when turning on hazard lights interior lights starts flashing and small display in the speedometer also flashing. New alternator, cleaned negative cable, all ground cables. Still have this problem.

It sounds like the GEM is out. Here is instructions and guides to help you change it out to fix the problem. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find.

Also, when I press brake pedal light flashes little bit.

Yep, these are controlled by the GEM can you try to replace it to see what happens?
