Electrical system shuts off; no lights, no signal light, no air conditioning, etc.

Electrical system cuts off no lights no signal light no air conditioning, no radio, no power windows work, no door locks work, engine runs. I turn the motor off and back on again and all system works and then shuts down in a minute as above.

Have you had your battery or charging system tested? The electrical system in your vehicle is designed to shed excess amperage draw from accessories when there is a low voltage situation like a weak battery of charging system fault, this is done in order to keep your engine running and get you to your destination.

Did you ever figure it out? I’m having the same issue in my 2012. I tested battery etc. All good. Still having issue. Also the rain sensor I believe is involved because wipers come on all the time.

Yep, a battery which is shorting out will cause this issue, but I have seen a bad SJB on the right side of the passenger compartment get water damaged and go out as well. I would disconnect the battery and remove the SJB for inspection. The image below is what is looks like. Please let us know what happens. Ken
