Electrical or something that making it not go faster 5 to 10 miles fast

We have made sure there no water and alt and battery is all new but when we took and put in a little test like at auto.zone it's.showing a.02 sensor bad but we also be told other things. My question is would this sensor allow it to run but not have no power. Please give my some ideas. Thank you

scan for codes and check fuel pressure first auto zone aren't mechanics
