Update again Ken. I was able to get all of the interior lights working and everything is fine now. Thank you for all of your help on my Tahoe. I really appreciate it.

I fixed the wire under the hood at the fuse block. They had a red wire run from the under dash fuse block up the a-pillar post to the overhead interior lights. I removed that wire and found the relay for them in the box under the dash had been placed in the wrong place according to the owners manual. I moved the relay over a set of holes and boom, all of the lights went to working. Luckily I never had to remove the dash to find any bad/broken or chewed wires. I did however, gain alot of knowledge with your help and a better understanding of how to use my scan tool and multimeter. For that I will be forever grateful to you for all of your help. Thanks again so much.
