My car broke down and was towed, the battery was disconnected for days. Now the overhead interior lights don’t work, trunk button, radio also don’t work. My engine light has been on since I owned the car, but it is off now. Dummy lights that should be on like low tire don’t come on. I’ve checked fuses. My radio shows on the dash that it’s on but no sound. Also, there’s a green light that flashes I assume in the dash, but I see a reflection of it flashes on the left side of the drivers' floorboards.

First the battery needs to be recharged, and load tested and if it checks out good. clean all cables and wires leading to the battery it just might start the car and bring it back to life long enough to test the charging system
If the charging system shows to be weak or overcharging it might need a new alternator. also have a mechanic scan the ecu and all the modules for any problems and or codes it might have cast while all this was happening it should point to the reasons why the check engine lights been on this long. Good luck, hope this helps.
