Charging system issue and it shuts off while driving?

While driving car says charging system issue and it shuts off while on the highway with a brand-new battery there's power to the alternator but not anything on the dash no codes.

When you are driving is there a battery light on? If so, the alternator is not charging the battery and if not, I would check the HVAC IP - IGN fuse which is in the fuse panel under the center of the dash on the right side. Here is a guide to see if the alternator is working or not which is easy to test:

My car won’t drive there’s no power to anything on the dash. The alternated is good. Also the battery drains when left plugged in.

Did you check the fuse above? It sounds like you may have an ignition switch that is bad. Here is the wiring diagram for the ignition switch so you can test through it when the switch is on.

I would turn the ignition switch on and test all fuses with the test light as well. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
