Electrical functions are going out one by one

My CDC screen has been hazy for a while but now my electrical functions are going out one by one. I replaced the battery and it did not help. My clock went dim then gone completely. I got a new battery but still not there. Once in a while I can see the red trying to flicker back on but most times it's just dead. Now my Trips and A/C reset every time I turn the car on, then all of my dome lights went out (at the same time) my fuses and relays are all good. I don't know what else to do so any help is appreciated. Thank you

Hello,

It sounds like the instrument cluster is going out. To be sure can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? That would be great. You can upload it here with your response. Here are the instruction on how to remove the cluster so you can get a rebuilt unit. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
