When changing my starter, I forgot to disconnect the battery and created a spark at the starter. After that my airbag light came on. Then a few days later my wipers and wiper fluid stopped. Then a few days after that my reverse lights stopped. Then a few days later my heated seats stopped.

From the description it sounds like it could be a bad ground that all of them share through the BCM and an individual ground. Take a look at the attached diagram, Grounds 201 and 203 are both on the left side of the dash and have multiple wires going into a single terminal. Those connections commonly start to fail from internal corrosion.
