Welcome to 2CarPros.

Can you make a list of things that were replaced? Also, is it only the wipers and signals that are not working? Have you tried to scan the computer for diagnostic trouble codes?
Also, have you replaced the wiper or signal switches?

Replace the blinker switch. I replace the same module twice. I replaced the clock spring. I've replaced all relays. I've replaced all fuses what I have. What I did do is clean ignition window and it worked the wipers come on and the blinkers come on, but then it went off after a day. So I don't know what to do or what to check. Is there any test I can do work out if it's wrong because when I created that everything started working even the horn and everything so all must be related to this one problem but what it is I don't know reset the key.

Welcome back:

I agree, they do seem related. However, what do you mean you cleaned the ignition window? That has me a bit confused. Does the ignition switch feel normal?

Let me know.

We put the key in the ignition I clear that flat and I cleaned the infrared on the on the key. Also I was told that the instrument cluster on the dashboard to replace it. The blinkers and wipers would work again. Is that possible? I'm not sure clutching at straws because I've done everything else. Would you be able to write me how to plan so I can just troubleshoot everything and test everything? Could you tell me please?

Welcome back:

As far as the signals, here is what I have. The pictures correlate with the directions.

Function Test

Function Test Explanation
Signal pickup and activation module (SAM) left front (N10/1) and electronic ignition lock control module (N73) both control the turn signals function and they have to be in perfect working condition.

Turn signals function can be checked using HHT. Turn signals function test with HHT can be conducted through:
- Signal pickup and activation (SAM) control module (N10/1),
- Electronic ignition lock control module (N73)
- Flasher function

There are following functions to choose from:
1. Control module version coding
2. Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Memory
3. Actual values
4. Activation

CAUTION: To prevent damage to the control modules, the connectors on the control modules must only be removed or connected with the ignition OFF

Did you replace the wiper relay? I realize you most likely did, but if you didn't, try it. Pictures 2 and 3 correlate with the relay.

Let me know if any of this helps.

Take care,
Joe
