Turn signals not working properly

My right blinker stays on when I shut the car off. It doesn't blink just stays on passenger side and front blinkers don't work when the car is running they blink fast.

This is common when the smart junction box needs to be replaced. (SJB) here are instructions on how to do so in the diagrams below. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
