Having issues with my wipers. While testing I noticed I have 12 volts between these two fuse terminals. This does not sound right as they should both be positive. Please help.

Good morning,

You should have 12 volts on both sides of the fuse. The fuse is in series with the circuit.

How did you check the fuse?

Okay, Why did you do this? Is there some issue with the circuit? Is the fuse failing?

Okay, did you check for power to the motor itself? There should be battery power to the motor and there should also be power sent by the switch to the motor for operation.

Power to the motor is supplied by the ignition switch. The wiper switch has 3 prongs. 1 is for washer pump and the other two are high and low speed for the motor. No power. The harness goes directly from the wiper switch to the motor.

Okay, I found a diagram. The feed from the ignition switch, which has a fuse in it, goes to the motor and the switch. I am trying to get a diagram of the switch. You said it has no power to the switch. That is the issue.
