Relay 3. Was upgrading the brake lights, installed LED bulbs. Checked the top brake light realized since it had not been working and I did not have the strip light to install left it in place as is. Had doors open, pumped brakes several times, all worked well. Closed rear hatch, got in and attempted to start and it did not start. Dash lights came on but the engine did not crank, only chatter sound of a dead battery. Got out charger, let charge for a short while, attempted to start, even weaker power (charger still hooked up and charging). Let charge for over an hour, attempted and nothing; no dash lights, door lights, or would the remote lock the doors. Looked in engine compartment fuse box but did not see any burnt or damaged fuses. Was looking for a main or master breaker since that is what it felt like, no luck finding an issue.
Left on float charge overnight but don't think the charge is now the problem.
Attempted to remove battery cable then reconnect and then check after cleaning
Removed new LED bulbs and return the prior bulbs that were working. No change.
What next?

Hey RJDMAN,

The first thing is to ensure you have no blown fuses in both fuse compartments.

There is an under hood fuse panel and interior fuse panel.

The interior fuse panel will be underneath the dash, shown on the picture attached.

There is a link below on how to test and replace fuses.

Most likely this is your problem if you have ruled out a battery state of charge issue.

Let us know how you go, any further questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Regards, Joe
