Electric locks, digital gas gauge, transmission, electric windows

First of all my electric locks lock sometime and sometimes they don't. 2-3 of the locks don't unlock when the button is flip up or they don't lock when the button is flip down.
(2) the digital fuel gauge lights up but don't register the amount of fuel in the tank all the time. I've been having the car for 2 years now and the other night the gauge lit up showing a full tank which I knew I did, cause I top off the tank. Then the gauge stop registering again. It did that a couple of times for one night, then stop. It never did it again.
(3) At 1 miles, at a 120,000 miles my transmission started slipping, then finally quick working all the way. I put it in a mechanic shop (friend of mine), he replaced it with another used transmission. That was in March 2013. Here it is August 2013, 121,000, the transmission is slipping in 2nd gear. Approximately from 17 mph to 44 mph, after 44 miles, it jerks then "catches" and drives normally.
(4) my electric windows keep popping the black clips off of the windows. These were also replaced with dealership clips, these too fell off. Can you help me please?

1. You need to verify signals to the door lock acuators. From the age of the car, the acuators are most likely the failure.

2. Sender unit in the tank is the most common failure for this. The fuel tank would have to be dropped to gain access to this unit.

3. Used transmissions are always a guess. I never reccomend one just for this reason. Multiple failures. For the money you have spent on 2 you could have had a re built unit installed.

4. The tracks being worn out for the windows put too much pressure on the clips. Most likely the regulators will need to be replaced.
