Start car runs and idles fine moment I turn lights or heater on lights dim heater slows down and idiot lights come on. Have replaced alternator and battery please help

WITH THE VEHICLE OFF (KEY OUT) LET'S TEST THE BATTERY AT THE POS AND NEG POSTS WITH A CHEAP DIGITAL VOLTMETER (AT "HARBOR FREIGHT" $5)

NOW LET'S FIRE IT UP AND PERFORM THE SAME TEST AT THE BATTERY

WHATCHU GOT FOR VOLTAGE EACH TEST?
