We have changed the blinkers on the turn signal and changed the switch andthe signals still arent working is there a second relay on this car

No, did you check the fuse? Is there power to the switch? Is the connector ok? Melted? Are the bulbs all good? Do the arrow lights light up?

Did you try replacing the flasher?

The flasher sits above the gas pedal behind a small, black panel. The panel is held on with one star bolt and is situated between the gas pedall arm and the bottom of the plastic molding that sits below the steering column. The flasher should be be green and clipped to a small, cube shaped harness and attached to the inside wall by two plastic clips. You will need to use a very small flat head to pry the two pieces apart.
