No voltage to the electric fuel pump

No voltage to fuel pump. New pump and screen due to car sitting for ten years. Hot wire pump and it runs. Relay checks good with substitution method. Fuse able link is good. With pump jumped and engine running, no MIL light. Wiring appears good, not brittle or chewed through.

God morning.

I attached some diagram for you to view. Check the voltages at the fuel pump relay. You should have two powers with the key on. The PCM grounds the control side to engage the fuel pump.

Check the fuses listed for power on both sides.
