Hello, I use a test bulb to check current from the ECU to the EGR valve. But the bulb the not light up. No current from the ECU. Is there any where I can tap current from apart from the evap solenoid? Or what is the solution because am scared tampering with my car's ECU can be risky?

Unless you want to lay under the hood above thirty mph you will not get a reading because the car is not driven. Leave it alone.

If you have a code then check connections and check for partial blockage where it does not close all the way.
