EGR flow problem

Code p0401, change EGR valve, cleaned tube to intake. Code still return in about five miles.

Often times, there is a carbon build up in the intake where the EGR is mounted. Make sure that area is clean.

Just to add to this one have you removed the her valve and started it yet?That will tell you a lot the engine should rev up considerably and you should hear a large exhaust leak if both ports are clear. Try doing that and let me know if the engine just idles normal and you hear a large exhaust leak.

The egr valve yet and started it I ment my phone likes to change the words I type on me.
