The wires were cut on the ECU on my truck. What do I do to fix it or do I need to get to replace it? How hard is it to replace or fix? Thanks

it depends on how close to the PCM they were cut. to fix them the harness will have to be repaired at least to get truck to run it may or may not need new connectors we cannot really tell until someone physically sees it. you might try to get one from same truck with same accessories may be easier than repairing it. there are a couple harnesses that go to the PCM as well. So you need to see which one is damaged. See link for testing.
