Code P0601 is the ECU Bad

I would like to know if the car's ECU is bad. Several people told me the ECU may be bad, is there any test to see if this is true?

That is an internal controller problem on ecu. Some guys have had luck with reprogramming computer and other guys have found that the crank sensor has caused the problem. Pcm 's can be rebuilt for a cheaper alternative but must have security programmed by a mechanic into it.

The computer is not sending power to the relay of the coil. It is also interfering to the relay of the fuel pump. This is is what my mechanic is saying. Thanks in advance
