Will not start after reconnecting the ECU to wiring harness

My husband disconnected the wiring harness from the ECU and when he hooked it back up the car will not start. Was wondering why and if it can be fixed?

It sounds like the wiring connector are not on correctly. Can you remove the connectors to inspect the pins and connectors? If okay reconnect and retry. Please let me know what happens. Cheers, Ken
