Won’t start, I have replaced the camshaft sensor?

Hello my 03 envoy won’t start, I have replaced the camshaft sensor, crankshaft solenoid, and the ecm which was vin programmed. I also changed the two front wheel hub assemblies and abs sensors, I have a new battery as well. When I had the old ecm on it wouldn’t start and a friend told me to do a 24 hr hard boot to see if that would work, and it did. The car started but was idling rough and giving me the multiple misfires code, so I decided to get a new ecm module, vin programmed, and after installing it it does not start. I have done the 30 minute relearn procedure as I seen on utube twice, even doing it five times instead of the three time cycle and car still not starting. What other problem could it be now?

Does the engine run with the old PCM? if so the new PCM is not programmed correctly. I would run the codes to be sure it should report the problem to you. Here is a guide to help us confirm the issue.
