Sure, we need to check the fuses first here are the fuses that run the system and a guide to help you check them for power I have also included the fuse locations as well.

There are 4 pin 12 and 17 in the BCM so we need to know which connector you are talking about. I have included the complete BCM wiring diagrams so you can see what I am talking about and to see how the BCM system works. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find.
