I was driving my 1994 Eagle Vision TSI and saw that the fuel guage was on empty. I also noticed that the windshield wipers wouldn't work along with the electric door lock switch on the inside of the doors. The wipes work in the washer mode and the remote door opener makes the door locks operate. After about 10 minutes of driving they all started working again.

The next time I started the car up they were all out again and have been since.

I have checked all the fuses and they all look good. I suspect a relay somewhere but can't figure out which one from my owner's manual.

Thank you in advance
Mike

If they have power at the appropriate fuses, the only thing I can see in the diagrams that links the wipers and door locks is the Body Computer (located in right kick-panel)It may be shorting intermittently and has now given up. For locks check pins # 18, 21 for power with key on, that is power for door lock circuit. For wipers check 1, 10, 16, 17, 18, 2

You were spot on it was the body computer. It took me a while to locate it and remove but I got a replacement and all is back to normal.

Thanks
