1993 Eagle Vision tsi transmission problems

1993 eagle vision tsi 3, 5 car wont move in reverse in cold weather. Untill warmed up driving in drive gear. Also does not always shift over in cold. Some times restarting the car and then shifting is ok would appreciate any help transmission seems to work fine in summer

This is what happens when the seal are going bad inside the transmission, when the trans is cold the seals are contracted and when warm expanded. The transmission needs to be rebuilt.
