NON -Turbo crankshaft position sensor is located on side of engine, near oil filter
Non-Turbo ASD relay is located on cowl, at rear left of engine compartment by the master cylinder
I think u have 3 relays
ASD relay is the mid one
just replace it with a similar one
I would suspect a bad crank sensor

Every thing is possible
but I do Not think its the PCM
more test needed to determine if its the PCM
have you replaced the crank sensor yet!
