Seems like front end vibration

Hello,
93 Eagle Summit Wagon, 2.4L, Manual 5sp, 2WD. 182,000miles (just broken in!).
It has four new tires, and they have been moved around the car--balanced, bent rim replaced, and 4 wheel alignment conducted. I have an INTEMITTENT vibration that sometimes manifests itself at about 40 mph and lasts to 60 where it then diminishes but does not disappear. Sometimes (often) the car seems smooth as silk. It seems to be regardless of when accelerating or coasting and independent of which gear I am in. Seems related to speed.
Car slightly drifts to the right though alignment was double checked and found ok.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Mark S

If it did it before and after you had the tires rotate and it pulls slighly to the right after the car has been alligned, then I would start with checking the bearings in the right front, also check the cv joints

I would most likely beleive that either your inboard or outboard cv joints are worn very badly or damaged or the only other things I can think of is if you have altered the ride height of the car that the springs are the incorrect height or you have a sticking inboard cv joint assembly. Hope this might help you out even a little bit. Let me know how it goes and if there are any more questions.
