1990 Eagle Summit 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 142000 miles

i recentkly replaced the timimg belt on this vehicle and it won't start, I noticed oily coolant in my radiator and I drained it, do I need to drain the oil as well and replace both to see if engine will start?

Did you put engine no.1 piston on its compression stroke/TDC and line the crank and cam before you put the belt on? If not it will cause your problem of no start.
