Driver side wiper hesitating

I have had to pop my wiper arm back in several times, but since it has been snowing I was just using the one wiper until the weather permitted that I could repair it. Now my driver side wiper hesitates and has went so far that it looks as if it is going off the windshield. What do I need to do to fix this problem?

Remove the windshield and re-glue it off to the side a little. Or, turn the wipers off, grab the arm and push it to where it should be. At the pivot, look for a plastic trim cap that can be popped up. You will see a nut under that cap. Tighten that nut as necessary, then snap the trim cover back down. Typically an eighth to a quarter turn is sufficient on that nut.
