My wife has the car listed above and the drivers side heated seat lights up but doesn't work. Passenger side works fine. Any ideas?

Good afternoon,
There is a module and there is a heating element in the seat that controls the operation.
I attached a wiring diagram and some pictures of where the element is located as well as the module.
