Where to purchase driver (left) bumper energy absorber?

Wanted to know where is the best online place to find a bumper energy absorber other than gm partsdirect. got any ideas? thanks

Good afternoon,

Rockauto has both the left and right side for about $45.00. You just remove the bolts to the frame and the bolts to the bumper for removal. Make sure you support the bumper for this procedure. Please check the diagram below.
