How to drain the fuel tank?

Truck sat for 2 years and wanted to replace gas. Runs rough.

Hello,

On this truck the best option is to remove the fuel filler pipe and use a siphon pump to remove the fuel.

Can I also use the fuel pump relay and the fuel rail method, other people have mentioned this. I tried this but could not get the fuel pump to engage. I have a 4 pole relay with numbers 85, 86, 87 and 30. Which ones would I use if this is possible? Thanks much for your previous help!

One thing you can try is to provide 12V directly to the pump. This will allow the pump to run and get all the fuel out, thru an open line.
