Is it possible to install a touchscreen double din stereo in my car?

More than likely this is possible but we don't have instructions on an aftermarket component like that. I have detail on how to replace the OEM radio but not fit that radio to your vehicle. This video shows the job being done on a similar car but the process is the same.

What I would suggest is contacting the supplier that you want to purchase this from and see if they offer a fitment kit for your vehicle. Basically all this does is supply a mounting bracket and beauty ring (trim panel) to cover the opening so that it looks like it was made with this radio.

Otherwise you are going to have to remove the center panel shown below and trim it to make the screen fit.

This brings in another issue of what size screen you want to go with. I see they offer a 7 or 10 inch screen. You are going to be limited to what will fit in the panel so I would start with measuring this and go from there.

Lastly, the radio should come installation instructions and more then likely it will have a connector kit for your vehicle so that all you have to do is unhook your radio and connect the new one.
