Door sill

Hello, my front passenger side wheel fell offf while I was driving and a passer by stopped to help me put it back on but instead of putting the jack in the right position to raise the car, he placed it under the door sill and put a huge dent in it and scraped the paint off part of the sill and I really do not know what I need to do to fix it or how much it will cost so any advice would be much appreciated thanks

Body shops give estimates after they look at the damage. If they can't get behind a panel to pound the dent out they have little metal sticks they weld on, then they use them to pull the dent out. They can make real quick work of that kind of damage.
