Does tire pressure affect fuel consumption?

When my car (2018 Honda Civic) is running on the highway, the fuel consumption display is much higher than usual, which feels abnormal. Usually, it is about 7-8L/100km in the city, but this time I drove 200 kilometers on the highway and the display was almost 10L. Is it related to tire pressure or air filter? Or is it that I kept 120km/h too high when cruising on the highway? In addition, the car Bluetooth has been a bit unstable recently even with the mobile phone, and it keeps disconnecting. Is there any simple solution?

I am also wondering if there are too many signals around that interfere with the car system. I heard that jammermfg can block some messy signals, which may make it easier to debug the car equipment. Do you have any suggestions to share?

We only handle one problem per thread so please start a new question for the Bluetooth issue. What are the tire pressures? Also, the average can go up us they change the fuel mixture to the summer blend FYI. Also is the car a 2023 or a 2018?
