Electrical problem
2003 Dodge Viper Manual 22 miles

This Viper is part of a car collection, and never gets driven. The vehicle doors will not open and are un-responsive to the key remote, or door handle. I replaced the car battery and checked the key remote batteries and checked all of the fuses under the hood, still no response. I have no idea if the car will start because I can not get inside to try. What can cause this problem?

So the electrical and mechanical protion of the car are broken at the same time, wow thats some bad luck, you will have to take the car to the dealer for repair. That is not a normal problem. Please get back to me with the repair needed. I am interested to know.
