HI and thanks. I have a 1994 Viper, had it in storage for the winter and of course the battery wen't dead. I have charged the battery but the Viper will fire once and quit. Perhaps the security system needs to be reset but how. Tried turning key on for a period of time, shutting off and starting to no avail. We have been working on this for a week, contacted Dodge to no avail. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I was told that any Viper selling dealer if given the VIN will plug the DRBIII in and either reset or fix a Chrysler Viper alarm problem. That is the way that that was to be told to Viper owners who could not start it for that reason. I am sorry that I could not be of more help to you but I don't think it will be expensive and there are still so many dealers open. OK Your very welcome.
