1994 Dodge Van Wont crank

Just installed New battery, put still wont crank, just a "click". Put it on charger for 35 to 45 seconds and it starts just fine. Was doing same with old battery. Thought it was just a cold problem.

Welcome, place a digital volt meter leads across the battery posts, no charger, turn the key to crank, how far does the voltage reading drop? How cold in your area? Your battery cables or wiring circuits could be causing a voltage drop to the starter.
