Won't turn over

I have plenty of juice from my battery when I turn the key all the lights come on. When I turn the ignition everything goes dead and there's no sound. When I return the key everything is back on. The starter has been removed and checked out ok. Is it the ignition switch?

All the lights coming on mean nothing at all when it comes to battery condition. It takes far more current to crank the engine than it does to light the lights. Have your battery tested and likely replaced and then verify all the connections are good.
