I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 2wd. The right side headlight lowbeam does not work. Bulb is good and has been check by plugging into the left headlight. Also switched the right side headlight bulb to the right siode, same problem occurs. Checked voltage at the bulb socket on both sides of truck with the headlights on with a voltmeter set to vdc 200. The high and low beam terminals on both the left and right side sockets read the same, 3.2v dc with minor fluctuations when switching between high and low beam. All the checks indicate that it everything is alright but still no low beam on the right side.

First, in underhood power center- check fuses, 15, 11, 13, 5, 41. If all are good, odds are that the "integrated power module" isnt giving low-beam power to the headlight. The white/tan wire is low beam, check the ground -black/lt green
