2002 Dodge Truck Hot air only blows on passenger side

I have a 2002 Ram and hot air is only blowing out of the passenger side vents, while at the same time cold air blows out of the drivers side. Also, the air is just warm. It's not nearly as hot as it used to be! Any clue? Thanks.

You most likely have broken doors in your heater box. You'll have to pull the dash to check them.
