I did a head gasket on a 4.7 ram pickup, I changed all nessesary gaskets and bolt and replaced the lifters, the compression tests and leakdown check showned #6 cylinder with no compression, I unbloted the cam to check put it back in place and tried again now I have now compression on #2 cyl. What is going on?

Sounds like you may a valve lash adjuster that wont bleed down, so it may be holding the valve slightly open. Have you run the engine? I know that these will tick and sometimes need excessive run time to bleed and adjust themselves properly check the followers to see if any one on that cylinder is tight even at no lift on the cam
