2001 Dodge Truck slow/sluggish accelaration from a dead sto

I was wondering what could be causing the slow accelaration from a dead stop, I have heard it could be the torque converter, are a tps valve. Also heard it could just need to have maintenance done to it

Dodge still used 30,000 mile spark pluges in your truck, have you tuned it up yet?
