2001 Dodge Truck lifters

I have a lifter sticking and making a clicking noise as I drive this happened right fter I got te oil changed is there a way to clean them out or do I have to tear it apart

You have to take them out to clean them, as there is no oil additive that will clean them out. It would be a good time to do some maintence on the engine seeing it is about to the 100000 mile mark.
