2001 Dodge Truck 3500 Diesel ABS

ABS light comes on some times followed by stiff pedal. Sometimes brake pedal goes to floor and you can hear the abs working but getting stopped is a problem and times the brakes are fine. It just came from mechanics shop they replaced everything on the outside of truck but nothing under the hood.

Need to get a scanner hooked up that can read both codes and the readout from the sensors. It sound like a speed sensor is failing to communicate with the BCM and it thinks it is on ice or skidding, thereby applying the ABS.
