1999 Dodge Truck Track bar bushing

I have been told I have a loose/worn track bar. I have seen while looking for pricing that there are track bar bushings. Can these be replaced to possibly fix my problem?

I have the same issue and I was told that the ball and socket bushing could not be replaced. Only the passenger side bushing. Thats what you are probably seeing. Aftermarket track bar with lifetime warranty for under 100.00 at autoparts store.
